Abstract
The article is devoted to the application of the principles of digitalization in the process of optimizing business models, which is relevant in the context of the current crisis, which we are experiencing, related to the pandemic. The article considers the business advantages of digitalization in General and the advantages of digitalization of the document flow process in particular, as well as the importance of effective operation of the corporate information resources management system in a crisis.
