Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify and typologize the relationships between an enterprise and its key stakeholders in the context of business process implementation, aimed at creating a classification system and understanding the role of each type of communication to ensure effective strategic development of the enterprise. The strategic development of the enterprise requires the identification of a range of important stakeholders, since the reliability and stability of interaction with them contributes to ensuring the effectiveness and optimization of business processes of the enterprise. The article identifies and characterizes the types of relationships between the enterprise and stakeholders in accordance with their participation in the implementation of business processes of the enterprise. The implementation of an enterprise’s business processes requires clarity and consistency, which depends on the efficiency of providing them with certain types of resources and, accordingly, proper relationships with stakeholders are a guarantee of their implementation. Therefore, the issue of typologizing the relationships of an enterprise with stakeholders is relevant. The types of relationships between the enterprise and stakeholders are highlighted in accordance with their participation in the implementation of business processes of the enterprise. The parameters of the allocation of stakeholders in accordance with the specified types of their relationships with enterprises are proposed. The expected results of the study are aimed at determining specific parameters for identifying stakeholders in accordance with the specified types of relationships, and are also focused on establishing appropriate relationships with each type of stakeholders as a guarantee of efficiency and successful implementation of business processes, which contributes to the stability and reliability of the company’s interaction with its environment.
