The introductions of the elements of Orthodox worship and Orthodox spiritual culture into the religious practice of Neo-Pentеcostal churches, based on the data from field research carried out in 2015–2017 in Kazan are described. The processes of inculturation at the rite, personal, and worldview level are considered, hypotheses about possible reasons for the conversion of the Pentecostals to master the Orthodox spiritual heritage are put forward. In conclusion the author supposed that the inculturation is not a process of post-Perestroika Russian religious reality, but rather a response to the individualization of religious consciousness in the context of “global Christianity”. The research reveals the problems of religion changing in late modernist society under the influence of glocalization.
