Abstract
A case of surgical treatment of a giant pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid salivary gland is presented. Pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid salivary gland is the predominant form among tumors of the salivary glands. Slow growth, poor symptoms lead to late diagnosis and significant damage to the parotid salivary gland. The complexity of surgical treatment of the tumor is associated with the passage of the main vessels and nerve trunks in the thickness of the gland
