Abstract

For the successful functioning of the service sector, it is important at this stage of scientific research to form an improved organizational and economic mechanism for the development of procurement activities in the service sector, which will achieve efficiency in the implementation of strategic mechanisms for the development of procurement activities, which is extremely important for the new territories of the Russian Federation during the period of economic and integration transformations: Donetsk People’s Republic, Luhansk People’s Republic, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions. With large volumes of purchases, it is important to develop rules for the implementation of deliveries that most rationally reflect the specifics of the work of service enterprises. The development and implementation of an organizational and economic mechanism for the development of procurement activities in the service sector will make it possible to create an organizational and managerial order in the service sector, as well as in the near future to offset negative trends and the effect of shortcomings and mistakes made in the past.
