Human life is the highest value in any civilized state, so the issues of protecting life by criminal means have always attracted the attention of both theorists and practitioners. In the current national criminal legislation, there is a provision providing for liability for incitement to suicide. Signs of incitement to suicide are quite difficult to establish and confirm, and as a result, often in practice you can find court decisions in which the perpetrator avoids criminal liability and punishment. In this connection, the study of the problems of qualification and regulation of responsibility for this act seems quite relevant.
