Abstract

This work is devoted to the study of the features of emotional burnout of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The subject of the study was to determine the features of emotional burnout of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which differ in stress tolerance. The sample of the study consisted of 30 students of the correspondence department of the BJU, who are employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Altai Territory. Among them are 30 men. The age of the subjects is from 25 to 30 years. For the study were used: methodology diagnostics professional burnout K. Maslach , S. Jackson (adapted by N. Vodopyanova, E. Starchenkova ), about the questionnaire for assessing neuropsychic stability "Forecast", a method for assessing the level of emotional burnout V.V. Boyko. Mathematical processing was carried out using the SPSS 23.0 statistical software package. Statistical comparison was carried out using the Mann-Whitney U-test and correlation analysis according to Spearman . The results obtained revealed differences in professional and emotional burnout depending on the level of stress tolerance of the respondents. The results of this study confirm the relevance of developing approaches and methods for preventing emotional burnout of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs . The results obtained can be useful in organizing psychological support for employees, in professional selection, in the process of training, retraining and advanced training of practicing psychologists.
