Abstract
The professional activity of criminal investigative operative officers has a number of features. Currently, there is a need to determine the emotional tension of the professional activities of operational officers of the criminal investigation department, as well as the development of an effective set of scientifically based proposals and recommendations for its prevention. Recently, the requirements for the professionalism and psychological preparedness of the operational officers of the criminal investigation department have been increasing markedly. Due to their high resilience and endurance, employees adequately overcome all the hardships and deprivations of official activity; cope with all the loads and risks. However, there are situations where the indicators of emotional tension leave much to be desired.
