Abstract

Today, operative hysteroscopy is widely used to treat not only gynecological diseases, but also pregnancy-related complications such as cervical pregnancy, cesarean scar pregnancy, interstitial pregnancy, and placenta accreta spectrum. The use of operative hysteroscopy in all the above-mentioned pathologies undoubtedly requires strict compliance with several conditions that determine the scope of hysteroscopy. If these conditions are met, operative hysteroscopy is the treatment of choice for cervical pregnancy, cesarean scar pregnancy, less frequently for interstitial pregnancy and placenta accreta spectrum diagnosed after spontaneous labor.
