Abstract

The article presents the author’s position on solving the actual problem of managing the development of the organization’s human capital in the context of innovative transformation processes. The place, role and effectiveness of the currently widespread reproductive model of staff development, its pluses and minuses in the development of human capital are determined. The objective prerequisites for the transition of the modern system of advanced training of personnel to educational technologies that guarantee the effective development of practice-oriented knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for solving constantly emerging new tasks by the personnel of organizations are revealed. The objective prerequisites are clarified and recommendations are proposed for the formation of a new model of a problem-project approach to managing the development of human capital in the process of professional development of personnel in self-learning organizations on the principles of professional interest.
