Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating effect of emotional regulation according to the athletic career of table tennis players. At the same time, it aims to understand the causal relationship between passion and exhaustion of sports. The subjects of the study selected 130 table tennis players who are active players. The results of the study are as follows.BR Not only the table tennis game but also the condition and the performance of the athlete are not always consistent in all sports. Therefore, even if the physical strength and technology are good, if the psychological factors involved in the competition process, such as psychological pressure, anxiety, and low self-confidence, can not be overcome, it will be difficult to achieve successful performance. It is very important for athletes to be able to effectively control their emotional and psychological states in all given sports situations. Therefore in order to maximize the psychological state in the situation, it is necessary to develop a new professional coaching style change program that can improve the interest, pleasure, and accomplishment in the training.
