Abstract
This article analyzes the importance of reconstructing the information literacy education system for students of colleges and universities of applied bachelor’s degree in the context of development, transformation and assistance to colleges and universities of applied technologies, and then analyzes the experience and disadvantages of teaching information literacy to students in traditional new local colleges and universities of bachelor’s degree, and combines the fundamental requirements and basic characteristics of talent training in colleges and universities of applied bachelor’s degree. The basis for building an information literacy education system for students of colleges and universities of applied bachelor’s degree has been built, and appropriate proposals and countermeasures are put forward accordingly.
