Abstract
The article presents the territorial structure of the St. Petersburg city agglomeration and the sectoral structure for zone of satellites of this agglomeration. The trends and special features of the Lomonosovsky district of the Leningrad region development are described. The conclusions are made on the planning structure, main planning axis and prospects of territorial development of the urban settlements on the territory the Northern part of the Lomonosovsky district. The author suggests to setting up the innovation city-forming objects and new little town on the territory the Northern part of the Lomonosovsky district.
