Abstract
The article reviews some problems of the regulation of relations in the sphere of usage of highly-automated (unmanned) vehicles in the Russian Federation. The paper justifies the author’s view on the establishment of the system of fair distribution of liability of parties to the relations and the development of insurance in this sphere.
