Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of bringing to criminal responsibility for crimes against military service members of volunteer formations performing combat missions. It is concluded that volunteers should be considered as a special subject of crimes against military service on an equal basis with military personnel. It is proposed to provide corresponding instructions in Chapter 33 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, extending its provisions to participants in volunteer formations.
