Abstract

One of the directions of improving the activities of executive bodies is associated with the construction of an effective organizational and legal model of their intra-system interaction. At the federal level, this task is special significance because of the national importance of the management decisions taken. The dichotomous legal nature of the interdepartmental interaction system of federal executive bodies is due to the subordinate regulatory regulations of its organization. Legislative gaps and uncertainties in the legal status of the unified management center of this system, the Government of the Russian Federation, devalues the preparation and implementation of strategic planning measures by federal executive bodies. An equally significant problem is the absence of a unified digital platform for interdepartmental interaction, which makes it possible to speed up and streamline direct and feedback communications between bodies and officials.
