Abstract

The purpose of the research is to study the effect of leuzea safflower and physical activity on the body. Methods and organization of the research. The preparation of an athlete always involves the search for new and modern training methods and means, and also requires a deeper study of the physiological processes occurring in the body under their influence. The study at the first stage involved 40 laboratory animals, at the second stage - 15 young men aged 19-20 years old, students of the Bashkir State Agrarian University (Ufa). In a preliminary conversation, the voluntary consent of the young men to participate in the experiment was obtained. Physiological and morphological parameters of blood were studied by conventional methods. Blood sampling and its analysis were carried out in the laboratory of the Ufa Health dispensary. Research results. This work shows a significant increase in the result of swimming activity in groups who used adaptogens. Also, our research data on young athletes prove that the biologically active components of the Leuzea safflower adaptogen contribute to improving the effectiveness of training sessions for the development of muscle strength. Conclusion. The use of Leuzea safflower adaptogen in recommended doses during physical exertion causes an increase in physical activity in mice of the experimental group. Considering that the experiment involved trained athletes of the first sports category, the increase in results after 28 days of observation allows us to judge the potentiation of the training effect by the active substances of adaptogens.
