Abstract

This article substantiates the relevance of the study of digital transformation of management in the context of structural development of the organization. The purpose of the study is to identify the role and significance of digital transformation in improving the effectiveness of organizational management. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are set: to analyze the current trends and challenges of digital transformation in the modern business space; to investigate the opportunities and advantages of digital technologies to improve management processes; to identify strategic approaches and recommendations for the effective implementation of digital transformation of management. The results of the study show that digital transformation is an integral element of the structural development of the organization, allowing to significantly improve the efficiency of business processes, increase competitiveness and adaptability to market changes. The findings of the study emphasize the need to actively implement digital technologies in the organization’s management processes. This allows to increase the efficiency of decision-making, reduce the risks of erroneous actions, ensure more efficient use of resources and improve the interaction of all levels of management in the organization.
