Abstract

The purpose of this study was to make new appropriate assignment of development impact fee for infrastructure in urban renewal accelerating project. This study suggest new infrastructure construction cost burden method based on neighborhood model that can be adjust urban renewal area. and this process follow that step, firstly analysis existing problem in infrastructure construction of housing site development area and other type of urban development, secondly, finding the way can apply the weighted value of building floor area ratio and building use type in burden method and another way in current law.
