Abstract
The article reveals the theoretical and methodological provisions for solving one of the most pressing management problems of our time - managing the effectiveness of the digital transformation process in modern organizations. A conceptual approach to the definition of the socio-economic essence of the category “digital transformation” is proposed, its features and features are disclosed in relation to organizations; clarified key areas of digital transformation of organizations; a vision of the system for managing the effectiveness of the digital transformation of an organization as a set of measures of organizational and managerial influence on the processes of adaptation of organizations to the introduction of innovative information and digital equipment and technologies was proposed; the criterion and methodological approaches to the development of programs for managing the effectiveness of digital transformation of organizations are substantiated.
