Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of non-verbal communication(body language, spatial language, auditory language, external language) on interpersonal attractiveness and relationship continuity intention of cooks in Japanese restaurants. This study conducted a survey on customers performed with SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. First, it was confirmed that non-verbal communication (body language, spatial language, auditory language, external language) of cooks at Japanese restaurants had a positive (+) effect on interpersonal attractiveness. Second, it was confirmed that interpersonal attractiveness had a positive (+) effect on relationship continuity intention. Third, it was confirmed that non-verbal communication (body language, spatial language, auditory language, external language) of cooks at Japanese restaurants had a positive (+) effect on relationship continuation intention. This study conducted a survey on customers who lived in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do and had visited Japanese restaurants twice or more within the last 6 months.
