Abstract

본 연구는 한국폴리텍대학에서 기술향상 교육훈련 1회 이상 받은 사람을 대상으로 2016년 11월 3일부터 11월 25일까지 총 62부 설문 조사 분석하여, 기술향상훈련을 받은 후에 직무만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아 본 것이다. IBM SPSS Statistics 19를 이용 요인분석 18개 문항을 사용하여 6개 요인을 도출했고 유의확률 p=.000로 검증되었다. 연구결과 첫째. 상관관계는 우호성과 훈련성간의 상관계수가 .735로 가장 높게 나타났고 기술내용과 효과성은 730순으로 나타났다. 따라서 훈련기관의 조직적이고 체계적인 교육환경 제공이 요구된다. 둘째, 다중회귀분석 결과, 교육방법의 효율성은 유의한 영향(p<.05, <TEX>${\beta}=.337$</TEX>)을 미쳤다. 교육방법의 효율성과 기술성인은 직무만족도에 유의한 영향(p<.01, <TEX>${\beta}=.437$</TEX>, <TEX>${\beta}=.415$</TEX>)을 미치고, 교육방법에서 효율성은 직무만족도에서 유의한 영향(p<.001, <TEX>${\beta}=.552$</TEX>)을 미쳤다. 셋째, 효율성이 업무만족도 결과 유의한 영향(p<.001, <TEX>${\beta}=.552$</TEX>)을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 효율성이 업무 만족도에 인식의 차이는 있었다. 본 연구에서 교육훈련이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 것에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze 62 questionnaires from November 3rd to November 25th, 2016 for those who received more than one skill improvement training at Korea Polytechnic University.Using IBM SPSS Statistics 19, factor analysis 18 factors were used to derive six factors and the significance was verified as p = .000. First, The correlation coefficient between friendship and training characteristics was the highest at .735, and the technical content and effectiveness were in the order of 730. Therefore, it is required to provide an organized and systematic educational environment of training institutions. Second, multiple regression analysis showed that the efficiency of the training method had a significant effect (p <.05, <TEX>${\beta}=.337$</TEX>). Efficiency and Skills of Educational Methods Adults had a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.01, <TEX>${\beta}=.437$</TEX>, <TEX>${\beta}=.415$</TEX>). In the educational method, the efficiency had a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.001, <TEX>${\beta}=.552$</TEX>). Third, efficiency has a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.001, <TEX>${\beta}=.552$</TEX>).There was a difference in recognition of efficiency and job satisfaction. In this study, it is meaningful to verify the effect of education and training on job satisfaction.
