Abstract

This article raises the issues of modernization of organizational management structures of companies in the context of organizational changes. The main stages of improvement, levels and forms of company structures under changing operating conditions are considered. The results of research in the field of organizational changes in the management structures of enterprises in the construction industry are summarized. The external and internal factors affecting the functioning of organizations are clarified. The analysis of the role of management levels in the modernization of the organizational structure is carried out. Attention is focused on the main tasks of diagnostics of the control system. The features of the management structure of companies in the construction industry are highlighted. Significant differences in the basic principles of the organization of production are identified.
