Abstract

Improving the activities of enterprises involves making changes to business processes, while there is always a question of choosing the tools to achieve this goal. The authors of the article investigated the issue of improvement based on their chosen methodology for determining the level of maturity of business processes. The company «Italian Traditions» LLC was used as the object of the study, the results of the analysis of the maturity of business processes made it possible to determine the main vector of its development, taking into account the specifics of the food industry enterprises.
