Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The article considers the topical issue of modeling the staffing system of the region to improve the efficiency of its economy, as well as the efficiency of the use of labor resources. Goal. Theoretical and practical analysis of the current models of staffing the economy of the region. Methodology. The methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of groupings, the method of comparative analysis, the method of generalization allowed us to describe the model of the personnel support system of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis of regional regulatory documents of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, statistical data of the Department of Labor and Employment, it was determined that there is a need for an integrated approach to staffing the economy of the region.
