Abstract

Introduction The article deals with the problem of forming and functioning of the pedagogical system of HMEI as an open social system, a structured set of interconnected components of higher military education and educational activities of HMEI that, in the process of interaction, function as a whole in order to provide effective training for military professionals in accordance with educational standards. The external and internal system-forming factors of the pedagogical system are characterized as certain phenomena, forces, things, connections and relations that lead to its formation based on the application of certain principles of the system approach. The PS of HMEI is considered as an original object with clear self-organization and self-development qualities, a synergistic effect that influences on these factors and helps to optimize the environment.Purpose. The purpose of the paper is to study phenomenon of internal and external system creating factors of pedagogical system of HMEI and its role, place and their role in creating and efficient functioning of the PS concerning ensuring and guaranteeing quality of military professionals training with university degree.Methods. The study was conducted using the following theoretical methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, classification, generalization and systematization.Results. The concept of the “pedagogical system of HMEI” and its main components are determined in the article, its interrelations and interdependencies in the educational system of the HMEI are observed.Originality. According to the purpose of the paper, phenomenon of internal and external system creating factors of pedagogical system of HMEI and its role, place and their role in creating and efficient functioning of PS concerning ensuring and guaranteeing quality of military professionals training with university degree are defined. Conclusion. The article presents the views on the pedagogical system of HMEI like an artificial, complex, social, open, dynamic, functional, stochastic (probabilistic), hierarchical system. The general structure of the PS of HMEI contains the following basic structural elements that form an organic integrity: participants in the educational process; educational process; quality of education (learning outcomes); feedback from graduates, management bodies and functioning in a changing educational environment.
