Abstract

Pandemic made significant changes to the functioning of enterprises of the tourism industry. The Government of the Russian Federation counted the industry as the most affected. Of course, the efforts of the state to soften the negative impact, they brought positive moments. Many tourist enterprises are liquidated, the part was transformed into digital space and reoriented to the development of domestic tourism. All these moments had a strong impact on determining the cost of business. Investor, the buyer is more difficult to determine the real objective economically reasonable value of the business.
