Abstract

In the article are examined the questions of optimization of teaching and educational process of higher institutes of learning. The article shows the ways and forms of teachers work for optimization of educational process. The optimization of teaching and educational process increases a level of efficacy of teaching-cognitive activity of students. In the article is telling that process of optimization of teaching and educational work demands a higher level of professional training of teachers. The article gives necessary recommendations for increasing of level of efficacy of process of optimization of teaching and educational work of higher institutes of learning.
