Abstract

This study aims to understand the relationship between the organizational management system of resort companies and the job satisfaction and financial performance of employees. The subjects of this study were employees working in resorts in Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do. 220 persons were used for statistical analysis. Data processing was performed by regression analysis. the results are as follow.BR First, it was found that information communication and educational service provision factors of resort companies had a positive effect on job satisfaction. However, delegation of authority and fairness did not have a significant effect.BR Second, it was found that the delegation of authority and educational service provision factors of resort companies had a positive effect on financial performance. However, information communication and fairness did not have a significant effect.BR Third, job satisfaction of resort companies was found to have a significant relationship with the financial performance of resort companies.
