Abstract

The research aims to : 1- The extent to which the students of the middle stage of academic excellence skills. 2- Identify the differences between middle school students in academic excellence skills. To achieve the goals of research researcher followed the descriptive approach through the following : 1- was a researcher tool to measure the prepared level enables students to academic excellence skills depending on the skills identified in the analysis card, which consisted of (45) items were verified charity through the presentation to the panel of judges, and through internal consistency, verification of stability mediated coefficient alpha Cronbach, which stood reliability coefficient (0.84), a high percentage rest assured the researcher to apply the test on the sample of the research and the researcher used the weighted equation iterations relative weight. 2- was verified through the following null hypothesis: “There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of male students and the average grades of female students for the intermediate stage in the academic excellence skills scale,” as the results showed no There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the male and female students’ academic excellence skills scale, as the average scores of male and female Therefore, the researcher made some recommendations, the most important of which are: 1- Holding educational seminars and training courses from the Ministry of Education for middle school physics and science teachers on academic excellence skills and how to develop them for students. 2- Preparing a physics teacher's guide that includes activities and situations that develop academic excellence skills.
