Abstract

The lack of parking spaces in Korea is seen to vary from region to region, and although old residential districts and traditional markets are generally expected to be the most serious, it has occurred more seriously in residential development zones where systematic land-use planning is established from the development stage, and it is a serious social problem recently. The purpose of this study is to analyze the details of parking lands planning and use of exclusive parking building in Namyangju Byeollae residential development district, understand problems in supply planning, building operation stage, and supervision stage for the parking lot, and solve problems in the aspects of the parking lot land.
