Abstract

This study analyzed the impact of conflict resolution in social welfare facilities on workers'workplace conflict and organizational commitment, and suggested an alternative to establishinga system to reasonably resolve many conflicts in the workplace and improving efficientorganizational culture. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of conflict resolution typebetween conflict type and organizational commitment, first, active conflict mitigation had asignificant effect on conflict and emotional commitment in the workplace, and second, activeconflict intensification and passive conflict intensification were presented based on these results.
