Abstract
The article presents the results of Wetlab work in Ufa Eye Research Institute for 2014–2023. The described method of teaching includes theoretical training, step-by-step mastering of phacoemulsification in the training class, work at the operation unit as well as the algorithm for diagnosis and management of patients in the postoperative period. The successful work of Wet Laboratory in Ufa Eye Research Institute has made phaco training more accessible for opthtalmologists from Russia and neighbouring countires.
