Abstract
The article examines the initial stage — the birth of the scientific school "Criminalistics means of ensuring the economic security of Russia". The significant features of the School are stated, scientific and methodological tasks of forming a model of the mechanism of criminal activity are revealed. At the same time, the following dependencies are asserted: 1) the mechanism of criminal activity in the economic sphere depends on the environment of functioning; 2) the investigation methodology depends on the structure and content of the forensic characteristics of an economic crime.

В 1970-е годы в СССР вера в светлое коммунистическое завтра заметно поблекла. Стала угасать вера и в победу над криминалом. No 226 — 84) был издан приказ МВД СССР No 0214 от 21 апреля 1972 года «Об организации Горьковской высшей школы (далее — ГВШ) Министерства внутренних дел СССР по подготовке высококвалифицированных кадров для борьбы с хищениями социалистической собственности и спекуляцией». В. Ломоносова научно-педагогической (дидактической) концепции кафедры криминалистики Горьковской высшей школы МВД СССР (данная презентация явилась системообразующим пунктом семинара); 2) выходом в свет 3-х книг: Каминский М. Криминалистическая методика расследования отдельных видов и групп преступлений (например, по экономической направленности) не должна зависеть от формы деятельности, а должна быть универсальной.
