Abstract

The article tells about three works based on the "Queen of Spades" by A. Pushkin – opera by F. Galevi, operetta by F. Zuppe and an animated film by D. Naumov and M. Lisovoy, which are viewed on the background of the opera by P. Tchaikovsky. The analysis of plot and musical scores were made. The article does not contain a comparison of these three texts, but each of them is studied in sufficient detail. In general, the following article is not yet a comparison of texts that are directly related to the work of A. Pushkin. The research may be of interesting to musicologists, literary critics and cultural scientists.
