Abstract

The improvement of personnel management in conditions of enterprise development. In the article the problem of effective personnel management as the main enterprise’s resource in conditions of its development is considered . The article describes the factors that determine the effectiveness of human resource management in modern organizations and their evaluation criteria. Building an effective personnel management system - a key tool for the development of a modern enterprise. Today, unfortunately, there is no single approach to measuring the efficiency of the staff. The difficulty is that the process of employment and personnel management, including closely related to the production process and its outcomes, social activities of society, economic development organizations. An important criterion is the creation of a favorable internal psychological climate in the team, which is characterized by the degree of satisfaction of the participants with their situation. It is influenced by the nature and content of work, attitude, prestige, remuneration, growth prospects, the presence of additional features, psychological climate. In many ways, the psychological state of the team depends on the ability of its members to live by its laws, be subject to the stated requirements and procedure.
