Abstract

Approaches to improving the processes of disintegration of natural mineral raw materials are considered with a high content offine and fine gold based on the generation of oscillations in liquid fluids. A mathematical model is proposed, the results of analytical studies are given, engineering calculations for the design of micro-disintegration plants for valuable mineral components through high-speed modes. To ensure technological efficiency and resource saving in the processing of high-clay rocks, a model of a hydrodynamic generator is proposed, does not require additional energy consumption.
