Abstract

The article considers a clinical case of surgical treatment of a patient with a giant complicated abdominalaortic aneurysm. Comprehensive examination of patients using modern diagnostic methods (contrast MSCTangiography, ultrasound) improves the diagnosis of a complicated form of abdominal aortic aneurysm. Timelysurgical treatment - resection of the abdominal aorta, aorto-femoral bifurcation prosthetics in the complextreatment of the patient allowed to prevent fatal consequences. The patient was discharged in a satisfactorycondition on the 8th day after the operation, therefore, the tactics used were effective and justified.
