Abstract
The activity of the enterprise (organization) is carried out on the basis of pre-formulated plans, plans. But the implementation of such solutions is subject to the action of objectively existing and fundamentally irreversible uncertainty caused by the lack of complete information, high dynamism of processes, etc. As a result, the chosen goal according to which decisions are made will not be achieved.
