Abstract

The development of digital technologies will radically change all spheres of human activity (public administration, citizen participation, public policy, infrastructure development, new business areas, smart technologies and online platforms, new decision support systems, digital educational technologies, etc.). In the digital age, transportation systems and the supply of goods are becoming increasingly important for the mass adoption of smart and connected digital technologies and applications. This revolution is needed to create supply chain benefits in a world where disruption and shortages will continue. In this vein, it is especially important to correctly understand how to use digital technologies for the highest good.
