Abstract

A clinical case of massive obstetric bleeding complicated by hemorrhagic shock, extirpation of the uterus without appendages, ligation of the internal iliac arteries on both sides is presented. The difficulties of diagnosis and treatment are analyzed. This clinical case allows to disseminate the experience of managing patients with massive obstetric bleeding.
