Abstract

Today’s conditions require a rapid response to problems in various areas and the creation of regulatory documents as one of the solutions to the problems. One of the priorities is the normative legal documents that are the results of normative activity, and their formation, in turn, corresponds to the ongoing reforms in the country, the state of legislation and law enforcement practice, as well as public opinion. Also, a number of scientific studies are being carried out aimed at further improving the norm-making activities of state bodies, in particular, the development of justice bodies in this field. Special attention is paid to the theoretical and methodological analysis of law-making activity and the study of the organizational and legal foundations of the law-making activity of the justice bodies as an important area of research. At the same time, it is necessary to introduce new and modern mechanisms for organizing the law-making activity of the justice bodies, coordinating the law-making activity of the state administration bodies and departments, and further improving the tasks and functions of the justice bodies. Based on the foregoing, this article puts forward the author’s proposals for further improving the law-making sphere and the activities of the justice bodies of Uzbekistan on law-making.
