Abstract

The article considers the success of using a project as a means of professional training of higher education applicants on the example of the development of the educational and professional program in Leisure Pedagogy. Future event educators comprehensively study the main disciplines of the academic and professional program in Leisure Pedagogy using the project method. The article analyzes the mechanism of professional self-realization in higher education students through the projects as an effective educational technology with a high practical potential for subject-object interaction. The possibilities of event projects are revealed as an academic, informational, and recreational component of the organization of high-quality cultural and educational leisure, which Ukrainian society needs during martial law, significant emotional and volitional shocks and stresses, rapid changes, and challenges.
