Abstract

The article provides a study of the main goals and methods of forming the personnel reserve in conditions of uncertainty. The study is based on the importance of quick response to emerging needs regarding the formation of a reserve, evaluation of candidates from the reserve and closing of vacant positions by relevant specialists. The main tasks, goals and stages of the formation of the personnel reserve are defined. Basic and modern evaluation methods are described, which will help to conduct the process of evaluating candidates in conditions of uncertainty much more efficiently.
