Abstract
Recently, there is a consensus that it is necessary to expand cooperation between the national R&D and national defense R&D system in order to develop cutting-edge defense technology. Therefore, this paper presents a methodology for quantitatively identifying the technical fields that government-funded research institutes can produce visible results in a short period of time among various defense science and technology fields, and seven fields are selected actually.
