Abstract
The article is based on the materials of Translogistica Ural 2021 exhibition and forum, held at Yekaterinburg-EXPO IEC from November 23 to 25, 2021. The issues of the influence of the COVID realities on various spheres of logistics business in the Ural region are given consideration. The trends and risks of economic reality that have caused major changes in trade, warehousing and transport are outlined. Business-solutions for logisticians in the current unstable conditions of their business are proposed. The examples of successful implementation of these solutions in the business of transport and logistics companies of the Ural federal district are provided.
