Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of law enforcement practice, the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation and departmental regulatory legal acts, the features of training people’s guards in the provision of first aid are established. The reasons for the corresponding gaps in the law are identified, and ways to eliminate them are suggested.
