Abstract

The review considers the focus areas and implications of introducing the digital technologies into the system of arbitration. The widespread use of computer programs and devices for the organization of arbitration is noted, and suggestions for the use of artificial intelligence as an arbitrator are actively discussed. In general, there is measured optimism among lawyers regarding the appraisal of the perspectives for digitalization of arbitration.
