Abstract

There are many problems in modern healthcare. In practice, these tasks will have to be solved at the level of specific medical organizations. In this regard, it is important to understand the structure of the problems that concern the heads of medical organizations. Objective: to study the opinion of the heads of medical organizations on internal health care problems. Materials and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of health care in the Ivanovo region. The collection of information included a survey of 250 heads of public and private medical organizations in the period 2023. Results and conclusions. The survey showed that at present, the «universal» problem of management in medical organizations of state and private ownership is the «personnel issue» associated with the lack of personnel with the appropriate level of competence. The established differences in the priority of management problems by levels and functional orientation of the activities of the heads of medical organizations should be taken into account in the formation of programs for advanced training and retraining of health care organizers.
