Abstract

The article presents the analysis of modern approaches to such semi-culture.  multicultural education, multicultural concepts, as education, multicultural education, national consciousness.  The problems of multicultural education of young people, formation of human and national consciousness, position, and civic active responsible attitude to life are among the priorities in the process of humanization of human society.  Multicultural education is the process of entering a person into another culture.  immersion in cultural identity through the development of the individual reflects the diversity of the world.  it helps the culture.  understand his many-faceted picture.  so.  promotes adequate to understand its multifaceted and complex picture, which means that it contributes to the adequate perception of changing living conditions by young people.  Multicultural education helps to adapt both different cultural groups and, in fact, each individual involved in interaction and communication.  It is focused on nurturing such personality traits that would foster the ability to overcome conflict based on differences.  Thus, multicultural education is an adequate response of pedagogy to such phenomena of the modern world as the process of integration and globalization of most spheres of human activity, the growth of interethnic tensions and conflicts, the spread of destructive aggression in interpersonal relationships.  National consciousness is a kind of consciousness of a social community based on ideas about social values ​​and norms that determine one's identity to a nation, ethnic community.  A striking example of this growth is the fact that the number of peoples in Ukraine.  Multicultural education is an attraction to the ethnic, nation-wide world formation of Communion and culture, readiness of life In multicultural multi-ethnic form of openness to the environment;  personalities of knowledge and riiryehnia of other pinienh on fonsrve bases shapes openness of the environment;  multicultural flight personality to understand and study other value bases, forms an individual who maintains his socio-cultural identity and seeks to understand other cultures.  Multicultural education of cultural values, norms, patterns and forms of activity that exist in this is the preservation of the development of diversity of society, multiculturalism.
